Despite the various controversies enveloping the DC properties after the shake up on Warner Bros. Discovery, The CW still has a few DC titles to work with and one of which is Superman & Lois Season 3 and without a release date yet, the next big bad of the show, Chad L. Coleman, reveals his excitement to play the villain. Chad L. Coleman has been cast as Bruno Mannheim for Superman & Lois Season 3 and he shared to Horror Geek Life via Movieweb how excited he is to play the villain in the upcoming season of the series. Coleman said, “I have this hat on for Superman & Lois, which I’m incredibly excited about. This role encompasses everything I’ve ever done, and as superficial as it sounds, he’s the richest and most powerful dude I’ve ever played. It’s an amazing cast and showrunners.” Coleman is no stranger to DC roles and he shared, “I mean, this is Greg Berlanti productions giving me a plateful of delicious food. I had done Arrow with him and also All American, so for him to serve this up, man, I’m excited.”

Chad L. Coleman is best known for his roles as Tyreese in The Walking Dead, Dennis “Cutty” Wise in The Wire, Klyden in The Orville, and Fred Johnson in The Expanse. The arrival of Chad L. Coleman’s Bruno Mannheim has been teased in the finale of Superman & Lois Season 2 where John Henry Irons met with John Diggle at the diner in Smallville and during their confrontation, Diggle grilled Henry about Bruno Mannheim. In their conversation, it has been hinted that Mannheim could be the very reason why the Earth version of John Henry died and the cause of death remains to be a mysterious circumstance a few years back. Based in the DC comics, Bruno Mannheim is the crime boss of Intergang, also known as Ugly, the son of Moxie Mannheim. He became one of the enemies of Superman. During Pre-Crisis, he Bruno worked for the clone of Morgan Edge. Superman & Lois Season 3 has no release date yet.
